End of Life Care in Respiratory Disease
Swansea

This course is aimed at doctors, nurses and physiotherapists who would like to feel more confident with managing end of life issues in respiratory disease.  The course will be run by Annette Duck, Wendy Preston and Janet Sinnerton, Respiratory Nurse Specialists (ARNS)

6th World International Primary Care Respiratory Group (IPCRG) Conference, hosted by PCRS-UK, Edinburgh, 25th-28th April 2012

The PCRS-UK is delighted to be hosting the 6th World IPCRG Conference ‘Breathing New Life’ on 25th-28th April in Edinburgh, which will take the place of our usual national conference in 2012.

2012 American Thoracic Society International Conference

May 18-23, 2012 San Francisco, California

More than 400 sessions will provide a comprehensive review of the latest information on the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases, critical illnesses and sleep disorders.
More than 5,500 scientific research abstracts and clinical case reports will give attendees new perspectives on the shape of future respiratory care. Topics to be covered include asthma, COPD, lung cancer, obstructive sleep apnea, pulmonary hypertension, cystic fibrosis, ARDS, and sarcoidosis.
