ARNS SPONSORSHIP

ARNS seeks multi-company sponsorship on an annual basis, (1st January - 31st December) to enable continuation of the organisation and it's activities. ARNS is keen to build strong working relationships with it's sponsors and is very keen for this relationship to be open, transparent and based on trust.

Why does ARNS need sponsorship?

ARNS are a very pro-active group of nurse specialists. All committee members give a tremendous amount of their own time for nothing, however financial support is still needed. In order for the group to run effectively there are two areas that need funding:

The first is to support the on-going activities of ARNS. This includes supporting the expenses of three committee meetings a year; sending committee members to various other regular meetings, (BTS, BLF etc); producing a newsletter to be published and distributed three times a year; funding the website and keeping it up to date; and employing the secretariat who enables the committee to communicate effectively with ARNS members on a day-to-day basis.

The second area that requires substantial support is funding for the organisation and hosting of the ARNS annual conference.

What benefit will sponsors get from sponsoring ARNS?

Sponsorship of ARNS will confer many benefits to potential sponsors. In addition to the specific benefits listed below, sponsors will also be associated with an influential group of professionals at a time of great change in respiratory disease management. We are very grateful for all the support we receive.

There are two levels of sponsorship, ‘Premier’ and ‘Standard’

Premier: £10,000 per annum
In recognition of this level of support for the ongoing activities of ARNS, the sponsor will receive

• Exhibition space at annual conference.
• Sponsors logo recognising support on ARNS Website.
• Sponsors logo recognising support on all conference materials.
• Sponsors logo recognising support on ARNS Newsletters.
• Recognition of sponsorship on information circulated to members.
• Access to expert Respiratory Nurse Specialist/Consultant opinion at the ARNS conference.
• Assistance in identifying RNS with special interests in the UK.
• Assistance in endorsing educational materials.
• Opportunity to disseminate research via ARNS website and mail shot to members.
• Attendance at two meetings a year with the committee to discuss future direction.
• Benefit from their association with ARNS as a respected and effective respiratory nurse specialist body with expert opinions.

Standard: £5,000 per annum

In recognition of this level of support for the ongoing activities of ARNS, the sponsor will receive

• Recognition of sponsorship on information circulated to members.
• Assistance in identifying RNS with special interests in the UK.
• Assistance in endorsing educational materials.
• Opportunity to disseminate research via ARNS website and mail shot to members.
• Attendance at two meetings a year with the committee to discuss future direction.
• Benefit from their association with ARNS as a respected and effective respiratory nurse specialist body with expert opinions
