The Association of Respiratory Nurse Specialists (ARNS) is a multi-company sponsored organisation and is keen to continue the strong working relationships with our sponsors, which is open, transparent and based on trust.
Why does ARNS need sponsorship?
ARNS is a very pro-active group of nurse specialists. All committee members give a tremendous amount of their time for nothing, however financial support is needed. In order for the organisation to run effectively there are two main areas that need funding. The first is to support the on-going activities of ARNS; this includes supporting four core committee meetings a year, sending nominated committee members to meetings with collaborative respiratory organisations, producing a newsletter to be published four times a year, employing the Secretariat and ARNS Conference Office and funding the ARNS Website and keeping it up to date. The second area is support for the ARNS Annual Conference.
Terms of sponsorship:
We are proposing two levels of sponsorship, ‘Premier’ and ‘Standard’.
Sponsorship of ARNS will confer many benefits to potential sponsors. In addition to the benefits specified below, sponsors will also be associated with an influential group of professionals at a time of great change in respiratory disease.
We are very grateful for all the support we receive.
Premier: £10,000 per annum
In recognition of this level of support for the ongoing activities of ARNS, the sponsor will receive:
- Free prime location or sized exhibition space at the ARNS Annual Conference.
- Sponsors logo recognising support on ARNS Website, on ARNS Newsletters and on all conference materials.
- Recognition of sponsorship on information circulated to members.
- Assistance in identifying Respiratory Nurse Specialists with special interests in the UK.
- Opportunity to attend a face to face ARNS committee meeting and other opportunities to work with selected committee or ARNS members on ARNS approved projects.
- Opportunity to disseminate research via mail shot to members.
- Free mailing of one Educational Flyer in an ARNS mailing and opportunity to distribute further at cost of postage.
- Opportunity to insert a flyer free of charge into ARNS Conference Packs, normally 50p per copy.
- Opportunity for free adverts re relevant respiratory educational events on ARNS Website.
- Opportunity to advertise free of charge relevant Pharma supported Respiratory Nursing jobs on ARNS Website.
- Benefit from their association with ARNS as a respected and effective respiratory nurse specialist body with expert opinions.
Standard: £5,000 per annum
In recognition of this level of support for the ongoing activities of ARNS, the sponsor will receive:
- Recognition of sponsorship on ARNS Website, all ARNS Conference materials, ARNS Newsletters and on information circulated to members.
- Assistance in identifying RNS with special interests in the UK.
- Opportunity to attend a face to face ARNS committee meeting.
- Opportunity to disseminate research via mail shot to members.
- Free mailing of one Educational Flyer in an ARNS mailing and opportunity to distribute further at cost of postage.
- Opportunity for free adverts re relevant respiratory educational events on ARNS Website.
- Opportunity to advertise free of charge relevant Pharma supported Respiratory Nursing jobs on ARNS Website.
- Benefit from their association with ARNS as a respected and effective respiratory nurse specialist body with expert opinions.
