Over the past 3 years ARNS has been increasing its role in the research arena. While we are not in a position to fund specific research trials and projects, we are here to provide advice and support to those practitioners who wish to “dip their toes” into research. ARNS plays an active role on the UK Respiratory Research Collaborative (UKRRC) (formerly the UKRRSC) and its newsletters are posted on this site, see the link above.

The research links page provides you with a number of useful website links to help understand how the research world has changed, to update you with current process and to help you with writing abstracts, presenting posters and how to get started with research.

Last years ARNS conference was a great success and it was great to see so many poster presentations. We have been able to encourage and support members in progressing their work to publication. We aim to continue this trend at this year’s conference and welcome abstract submissions before 3rd October 2008.
